Shipping policy

Fbsyouth currently ships to customers in the United States. All shipping charges below are in U.S. dollars.

Processing and dispatch

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after payment confirmation. This preparation period applies to both delivery options and comes before carrier transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Delivery options

 

With processing included, the estimated total is 8-17 business days for standard delivery or 6-10 business days for expedited delivery. Expedited shipping changes transit time; processing remains 1-2 business days.

These are estimated delivery windows. Weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, and address issues may affect arrival. If the estimated window passes, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Tracking your parcel

We provide shipment tracking by email after dispatch. Use the email address entered at checkout to find the shipping notice. A carrier may need time to publish the first tracking scan after collection.

Corrections and delivery problems

Check your address before submitting an order. If a correction is needed, email info@fbsyouth.com promptly. We will check whether the order can still be updated; changes after dispatch may not be possible.

For a parcel that appears lost, overdue, or marked delivered without being located, contact us for assistance. Checking the delivery location and asking household members may help locate a parcel while we investigate.
